Ecologically preserved ingredients for the on-site restaurant: I felt like I was tasting the ocean with every bite, as the freshly caught fish and seashells were prepared with such care. The grill specialities were simply delicious and the vegetarian options were surprisingly flavorful, showcasing the best of the meat, fish, and vegetables from the pristine surroundings.

Language barrier with owner.

We had an extra special stay in Sobra not far from restaurants as well as nice bars/restaurants with very friendly staff and good food. It was stunning to Odysseus cave.

Everything was great here, loved it. Staff were helpful at any time. The location was marvellous, a 5-minute drive to Veliki Grad👍

The apartment provided a nice base for sightseeing and had an amazing view of the bay.

Villa Mungos was the best place we stayed during our trip in Croatia. Great value for money, with a room that had an amazing view from the balcony. The location in the chilled village was perfect and the staff treated us like family.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

For dads it would be great to take their children to the nearby beach for some fun in the sun and sea. The beach offers clear turquoise waters and soft sand, perfect for building sandcastles and playing beach games. It was a wonderful experience for our whole family.

My wife says that the apartment lacked sufficient storage space for our large family.

Mind-blowing location with jaw-dropping views, quick check-in, and private parking. Superb AC, shared kitchen facilities, and a beach access.

We got excellent value for our money with our stay at Villa Mungos. The room was exactly as pictured, with a perfect balcony and a beautiful view. The location was peaceful and surrounded by nature, making it easy to explore the whole island with rental vehicles. The staff, especially Ivo, were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help. The on-site restaurant was also a great addition to our stay.

The owner went above and beyond by doing our laundry, which was a kind gesture. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing everything I needed. The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals, and the location was convenient, with restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

We were amazed by the stunning view from our balcony at Villa Mungos. The location right on the bay provided us with a picturesque and peaceful setting throughout our stay. The spacious room with a communal lounge area made us feel comfortable and at home. The constant hot water and good air conditioning were additional pluses. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would still recommend this hotel to others seeking a beautiful and relaxing getaway.

Our stay at Apartments "Villa Mungos" Sobra was absolutely amazing! The best part was being able to walk down the steps and dive straight into the ocean, it was mind-blowing! The fish we had at the restaurant attached to the apartments was the nicest dish of our holiday, it was super good! The Mungos crew were incredibly helpful, they made calls for us and even dropped us off at Odysseus cave, which was awesome! The terrace had a jaw-dropping view of the sea and the air conditioning kept us cool in the summer heat. The location of the apartments was perfect since it was in the center of Sobra, a very quiet area with a few restaurants and a supermarket. The man who received us was really kind too! One thing that was really convenient was that they had their own restaurant just in front so we could have breakfast, lunch, or dinner without having to go far. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed, including a flat-screen TV. The balcony was spacious too, perfect for enjoying meals while taking in the breathtaking view. The location of the apartments was also ideal as it was roughly in the middle of the island, making it easy to drive to both ends. The only downside was that the price was a bit steep, but trust me, it's definitely worth it! our stay at Apartments "Villa Mungos" Sobra was beyond amazing, and we can't wait to come back!

The food at the on-site restaurant was so delicious, it made up for the smelly bathroom and overpriced rooms. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. 5 km away from civilization is just what I needed.

Who needs air conditioning at night when it's the only time you really need it? And of course, there was a lovely charge of 15 euros per night for it.
